In reading the NOR I see no mention of racing with both or one or the other
symmetrical spinnaker or asymmetrical spinnaker. What do you see. I have
heard we need to go with one or the other, but I don't see where it says we
need to declare these sails as long as they fit with in our ORR certificate.
What do you say?

From the ORR rule book 9.05.1 you can declare declare asymmetric where
both symmetric and asymmetric spinnakers are allowed. Spinnaker poles
allowed.
